RIGAS LIMITED ships orders within Cyprus and internationally.
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If products are in stock, orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are paid by the customer, unless a free shipping promotion applies.

🌍 International Shipments & Customs Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or additional import charges may apply.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

🇺🇸 Shipments to the United States (USA)
For shipments to the United States, prepayment of customs duties or import taxes may be required in accordance with courier and postal regulations.
If such prepayment is required and is not completed, the postal or courier service may refuse to accept the parcel, and the order will not be shipped.
All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
The company is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or courier services.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

• in its original condition
• returned with original packaging and documentation
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
