- Amendment of Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the website following any such amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Right to Use the Website
Use of the online store is permitted only to persons who have full legal capacity. Use by minors or by persons who do not have the legal capacity to enter into contracts is prohibited.
The user is required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order or communicating with the Company.
- Products and Availability
The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the products, descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, typographical, technical or photographic errors may occasionally occur.
The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of all products. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be given the option of replacement, waiting for availability, or cancellation of the order.
- Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in euro (€), unless otherwise stated, and include the applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed during checkout.
Payment is made through the secure payment methods available in the online store. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and the Company does not store bank card details on its servers.
In the event of an obvious error in the price or shipping charge, the Company reserves the right to inform the customer before processing the order, so that the customer may either confirm or cancel the purchase.
- Order Completion
The submission of an order by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase and not automatic acceptance by the Company. The sales contract is considered concluded only when the order has been accepted by the Company and a relevant confirmation has been sent.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, inability to contact the customer, or suspicion of fraud or abuse.
- Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Provided that the products are readily available, shipment is made within 2 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the courier company.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or other charges may apply and shall be borne exclusively by the recipient.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the courier company, customs authorities, or events of force majeure.
- Order Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting the Company promptly. If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation will be made without charge.
- Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without stating any reason, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Company in writing at info@tounias.com within the above period.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its packaging and all accompanying documents, within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly by the Company.
The Company will refund the amount paid for the product within 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. The original shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error by the Company.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, where permitted by law, especially in the following cases:
- products made or customised specifically to order,
- sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery,
- promotional products, only where this is lawfully permitted and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
- Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact the Company without undue delay.
After inspection of the product, the Company will proceed, as appropriate, with replacement, refund, or other lawful remedy. In such cases, the return and re-shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks and design elements, constitutes the intellectual and/or industrial property of the Company or of third parties who have granted the relevant licence.
The copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of the content is prohibited without prior written permission, except for strictly personal and non-commercial use.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company bears no responsibility for the content, services, policies or practices of such websites. Access to such websites is entirely at the user’s own risk.
